Registration for Parents:

  1. Go to www.aktivate.com
  2. Click Login
  3. Click Create an Account (You only need ONE account, even if you have children in more than one high school and/or junior high; Do Not create another account if you have used Register My Athlete in the past)
  4. Fill in personal account information (this should be the Parent’s personal information)
  5. You will be using the site as a Parent
  6. Click Submit

After you have an account:

  1. Login
  2. Under the Parents header (Blue), Click the button labeled “Click here to start/complete athlete registration“. (the first time you log in you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions)
  3. Click Start/Complete a Registration (upper left-hand corner of the page)
  4. Click Start a New Registration - this is where you will enter all of your Athlete’s information
  5. Click on the red bars to complete all requirements
  6. Click the orange button on the lower left side of the screen for live chat

Helpful Hints:

Parents: 

  1. Start the registration on a desktop or laptop computer.
  2. Then, download the Aktivate app for mobile phones
  3. Upload the pictures of Birth Certificate, Insurance Card and EL-2 Physical for(page 4 only), using the mobile app. If you are unable to upload please bring the paperwork to the school.
  4. All athletes must complete NIAA Form-B Pre-Participation History form, even if they are not required to have a physical.
  5. Only NIAA physical Form-B and Form-D will be accepted.

ATHLETE WILL NOT BE CLEARED FOR TRYOUT IF ANY PAPERWORK IS NOT COMPLETED, INCLUDING PHYSICAL, PRE-PARTICIPATION HISTORY, TRANSFERS, VARIANCE, ETC.

Pending paperwork:

  • Once documents are submitted, please go back and check the status of paperwork.  You are checking for 100% green on your account.
  • Please allow 48 hours for submitted paperwork to be processed.
  • If you have submitted documents and it says “pending”, open the app and check the status.  All rejected paperwork will state a reason for the rejection.
